Booking Conditions and Availability

Holiday weeks usually begin on Saturday at 4 pm with a departure time of 10 am on the final day. Short breaks of three nights minimum are sometimes available, beginning Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Saturday. Please contact us for more details.

We ask a 50% deposit upon booking, once your date is confirmed. The remaining 50% is due one month before the beginning of your holiday. If you make a reservation within one month of the start date, the full payment is requested.

Payment may be made by cheque, in pounds sterling, payable to: V.Hayden and posted to:

Drayton Manor Cottage, Orchard Street, Daventry, Northants, NN11 9EU. Alternatively, if you wish to pay electronically by BACS, please let us know.

AVAILABILITY AND PRICES 2012 Prices include all fuel; there is no booking fee

Winter Season: £325; short breaks £65 per night, minimum of 3 nights

February 18th, 25th; November 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th; December 1st, 8th, 15th

Low Season: £375; short breaks £69 per night, minimum of 3 nights

March 10th, 17th, 24th; April 14th, 28th; May 19th, 26th; September 29th;

October 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th

Mid Season: £428; short breaks £79 per night, minimum of 3 nights

March 31st; April 7th; May 5th; June 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th; September 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd

High Season: £515

July 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th; August 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th; December 22nd, 29th

Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your holiday up to one month before it is due to begin, unless we can make another booking for that date, your deposit shall be retained. If we are able to make another booking, your deposit shall be refunded in full. If you choose to cancel within two weeks of your holiday, we shall try to make another booking for that date, in which case you shall receive a full refund. Otherwise, the total payment shall be retained.

Reductions

A reduction of 10% is available for reservations of two or more consecutive weeks.
